Cylindrical rollers and raceways are line contact bearings. They have large load capacity and mainly bear radial loads. The friction between the rolling element and the rib of the ring is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. Depending on whether the ring has ribs or not, the bearing has a separable structure of the inner ring and outer ring. Cylindrical roller bearings without ribs on the inner ring or outer ring can move relative to each other in the axial direction, so they can be used as free-end bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings with double ribs on one side of the inner ring and outer ring and a single rib on the other side of the ring can withstand a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally, steel plate stamping cages or copper alloy machined solid cages are used. However, some also use polyamide-formed cages.

Characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings:
1. The rollers and raceways are in line contact or repaired line contact, with large radial load capacity, suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads.
2. The friction coefficient is small, suitable for high speed, and the limit speed is close to that of deep groove ball bearings.
3. N type and NU type can move axially, can adapt to the change of relative position between shaft and housing caused by thermal expansion or installation error, and can be used as free end support.
4. The processing requirements for shaft or seat hole are high. The relative deflection of the outer ring axis after the bearing is installed should be strictly controlled to avoid contact stress concentration.
5. The inner ring or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
Product features:
The cylindrical roller and the raceway are in line contact and have a large radial load capacity. It is suitable for both heavy loads and impact loads and high-speed rotation.
The raceway and rolling element of the cylindrical roller bearing are geometric. After the improved design, it has a higher load-bearing capacity. The new structural design of the rib and roller end face not only improves the axial load-bearing capacity of the bearing, but also improves the lubrication conditions in the contact area between the roller end face and the rib, and improves the performance of the bearings.
