There are many main factors determining the temperature of the bearing, such as speed, lubricating oil, load, foreign matter intrusion and the like. If the above situation must be stopped, take the necessary inspection measures.
In fact, for the use of bearings, it is recommended to use a thermal sensor to monitor the working temperature of the bearing at any time, because the bearing will continue to reduce the bearing life after a long-term continuous temperature over 125 °C. This will also cause unnecessary trouble and loss, and the causes of high temperature of the bearing include: insufficient lubrication or excessive lubrication, lubricant. It contains impurities, the load is too large, the K bearing is damaged, the gap is insufficient, and so on. If it is not discovered and processed in time, the bearing will be scrapped. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously monitor the bearing temperature, whether it is measuring the bearing itself or other important parts. If the operating conditions are the same, any temperature change can indicate that a fault has occurred.
If the bearing produces abnormal vibration during operation, it will easily cause damage. Specifically, it includes damage such as peeling damage, indentation damage, crack damage, and abnormal wear. Therefore, the vibration can be measured by the bearing vibration measuring device. The measured value varies depending on the bearing condition or the sensor installation position. Observation method
If the bearing is well lubricated and properly blocks debris and moisture, it means that the oil seal should be free of wear. However, when opening the bearing housing, visually inspect the bearing and periodically check the oil seal. Check the condition of the oil seal near the bearing. Make sure that they are sufficient to prevent hot liquids or corrosive liquids or gases from penetrating into the bearing along the shaft. The protective ring and the labyrinth oil seal should be greased to ensure their large protection. The oil seal should be replaced as soon as possible if it is worn.
2. Listening
It is a good way to use the sense of hearing to identify if the bearing is working correctly. If the bearing is in good working condition, it will make a low humming sound. If it is a sharp hum, arpeggio and other irregular sounds, it usually indicates that the bearing is in poor working condition.
