For the regular maintenance and operation of TIMKEN bearing equipment and the stop-search of the disassembled bearing when the peripheral parts are changed, the requirements shall determine in turn whether the secondary bearing parts can be used again and record the better than worse use conditions. In order to find out and inquire about the residual amount of lubricant, clean the bearing well after sampling.
A. any of the inner and outer rings, rolling bodies, or facing frames that are cracked and fragmented.
B. Any of the inner and outer rings and rolling bodies are detached.
C. Raceway surface, side and rolling body with significant stuck injuries.
D. Severe wear or rivet loosening of the frame.
E. raceway surfaces and rolling bodies with rust and scars.
F. Marked indentation and indentation on rolling surface and rolling body.
G. Creep occurs on the inner diameter surface of the inner ring or on the outer diameter of the outer ring.
H. Overheated and violent.
The sealing ring and dust cover of the grease seal bearing are badly damaged.
In the use of TIMKEN bearings, sometimes we can hear the noise of the bearings. In fact, theoretically speaking, the bearings themselves do not produce noise, but the noise we hear is the direct or indirect vibration sound effect of the bearings with the surrounding structures. So why do bearings vibrate?
When a radial load is loaded on an inlet bearing, the number of rollers carrying the load will change during the operation, causing a shift in the load direction. The resulting vibration is inevitable, but now the bearing vibration and noise seem to be reduced, why? This is due to the fact that the TIMKEN bearings are now designed to be pre-loaded to ease the load on all rolling bodies, thus reducing vibration and noise.Although the use of preloading, but, also can not completely remove the vibration, noise.
So, how to further reduce the noise?
1. Prevent the excitation vibration between the excitation part and the resonance part.
2. Change the stiffness to achieve the goal of changing the critical frequency.
3. Remove critical excitation vibration.
