2. The angular contact ball bearing with nylon cage can work continuously for a long time at -40°-120°. It should not exceed 4 hours at 150° and the peak temperature can reach 180°.
3. The warehouse where the angular contact ball bearings are stored should be cleaned, the drying is not allowed to be in the same reservoir as the chemical products, the relative humidity should not exceed 65%, and the angular contact ball bearings are not allowed to be stored on the ground.
In order to check that the assembly is correct, the angular contact ball bearing is checked for operation after the assembly. The small machine can be rotated by hand to confirm whether the rotation is smooth. The inspection items include: poor operation due to foreign matter, scratches, and indentations; unstable torque due to poor installation and poor processing of the assembly; excessive torque due to too small clearance, device error, and sealing friction and many more. If there is no abnormality, the power running can be started.
