2. The implementation of anti-rust procedures is not strict
1). The coolant used in the grinding process is not replaced on schedule, so that the parts are rusted by the influence of the metamorphic coolant, and are not revealed until assembly.
2). The rust-proof treatment of the stock parts is not strictly carried out according to the regulations, or the anti-rust liquid preparation does not meet the standard.
3). Without rust-proof gloves, occasionally wash away sweat and cause the bearing parts to rust.
3. The influence of the external environment: The external environment is an objective condition that affects the corrosion of bearing parts.
1). Bearing parts storage: The construction of the warehouse floor is not treated with moisture-proof layer, and the stacking parts in the warehouse are too dense, and the ventilation conditions are not good;
2). Poor environment around the factory: There is a lot of smoke or dust falling and flying into the warehouse. When the surface of the part is attached with dust, due to the moisture absorption of dust, a corrosive medium is formed, causing corrosion points.
3). The temperature inside the reservoir changes greatly: there is no heating or insufficient heating in the winter storage, the temperature is low, the temperature difference between the reservoirs is large, the bearing parts are stored in the lower temperature warehouse by the production workshop, and the condensation particles appear on the surface to promote the growth rust.
4). There is no dressing room in the assembly room and the parts library. There is no strict shoe system, and the cleanliness of the library cannot be maintained. In particular, any food in the library, drinking water, etc. damage the environment of the assembly room and the warehouse.
