Eccentric Bearing

Eccentric bearing is a very common type of bearing. It mainly combines two bearings together by eccentric sleeve to form a new bearing. It mainly includes eccentric sleeve, outer ring, inner ring, rolling elements, bearing A and bearing B. It is simple in structure, easy to use, and can realize the eccentric function without other accessories, thereby reducing the production cost of the eccentric mechanism. It is often used in cycloid reducers to connect the input shaft and output shaft. When working, it is mainly driven by an ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor, which then drives the input shaft of the reducer to rotate, and then transmits the power to the eccentric bearing through the input shaft, and finally to the output shaft. The original bearing consists of three parts: an eccentric sleeve and two 502 series cylindrical rollers. The eccentric sleeve and the inner ring of the rolling elements are integrated to form the whole bearing.
Its working principle is that a shaft is eccentrically placed in the hole of the bearing, and the axis O1 and the rotation center O of the bearing are on the same horizontal line. If the bearing is rotated by an angle C around its center O, the position of the axis O1 will change accordingly. It shows that the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the shaft center are not only related to the rotation angle C and eccentricity D of the bearing, but also related to the circumferential relative position of the shaft center O1 and the bearing rotation center O. Therefore, the eccentric mechanism on the reducer is used to adjust the center distance and realize the steering. According to the arrangement form of the reducer, the circumferential position arrangement of the shaft center and the center of the eccentric bearing has various requirements.
