In order to check whether the device is correct, the operation check is performed after the angular contact ball bearing device is finished. The small machine can be rotated by hand to confirm whether the rotation is smooth. The inspection items include: poor operation due to foreign matter, scratches and indentations; unstable torque due to poor installation and poor processing of the device seat; excessive torque due to too small clearance, device error, and sealing friction and many more. If there is no abnormality, the power running can be started.
Therefore, the power is cut off immediately after the start of the no-load, and the large machine cannot be manually rotated. The machine is idling, check for vibration, noise, whether the rotating parts are in contact, etc., and confirm that there is no abnormality, then enter the power running.
Starting from the no-load low speed, the power is running. Slowly increase the rated operation to the specified conditions. The items to be checked during the test run are: abnormal sound, change in bearing temperature, leakage or discoloration of the lubricant, etc. If an abnormality is found, stop the operation immediately, check the machine, and remove the bearing check if necessary.
