THK Cross Roller Guide With Cage Misalignment Prevention Mechanism Product Lineup Expands

THK has expanded its cross roller guide with cage mimicking prevention mechanism product lineup, adding the "VRG6" and "VRG6E" products.
 

The cross roller guide is a linear motion guide product with limited stroke and light motion, which combines a cage with precision rollers arranged orthogonally and a dedicated rail. It has THK's unique rack and pinion mechanism to prevent cage misalignment and achieve precise motion. It can be applied to semiconductor manufacturing equipment and is most suitable for electronic component manufacturing equipment and optical measurement equipment. In addition to traditional needs such as office equipment and peripheral equipment, this product is expected to be used in a wider range of fields in the future.
 

So far, we have released the standard "VRG2, 3, 4" products, and now we have added the "VRG6" and "VRG6E" types. The installation dimensions of the VRG6 type are the same as those of the existing cross roller guide VR6 type, and can be used interchangeably. In addition, compared with the VR type, this type has an increased number of rollers, thereby improving the basic load rating and rigidity.
