How to deal with the bearing temperature rise when the motor is running？

1) Brief description of the accident:

The motor bearing temperature rises, and the temperature is high and alarms.

 2) Reason analysis

There are several reasons for the overheating of motor bearings:

Bearing damage;

Too much lubricating oil, too little or poor oil quality;

The matching of the bearing and the shaft is too loose or too tight;

The bearing and the end cover are too loose or too tight;

Sliding bearing oil ring is rolling or rotating slowly;

The end covers or bearing covers on both sides of the motor are installed flat;

Belt is too tight;

The coupling is not installed properly.

3) Accident handling:

Check whether the oil ring rotates, whether the oil is normal, whether the oil circuit is blocked or cut off;

Whether the oil volume is sufficient, whether the oil pressure is abnormal, and whether the oil temperature is normal;

Whether the rolling bearing is over-fueled or lacks oil;

Whether the bearing cooling water is normal;

Whether the bearing has abnormal noise or damage.

 4) Technical measures:

 Maintenance personnel and operating personnel strengthen the work of equipment inspection, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and timely replenish the oil of the motor bearings.
